This Maroubra project involved the installation of an internal three-storey lift — a highly technical build requiring precision and structural care. To accommodate the lift, the lower level was carefully excavated through sandstone beneath the home’s foundation. Our team underpinned the structure and used controlled expanding grout to remove the sandstone safely, ensuring the integrity of the existing foundation while achieving a seamless lift integration.
