This heritage-listed Warrawee residence underwent a complete transformation while maintaining its historic character. Guided by a heritage consultant, the project included new bathrooms, timber flooring, and custom joinery designed to honour the home’s original details. An international collaboration between designers and suppliers brought the vision to life, featuring bespoke chandeliers and furniture imported from Italy. With the home over a century old, extensive restoration ensured both structural integrity and contemporary livability — a seamless delivery from design through to furnishing and handover.
